Quella dell’impiego di civili in ordine pubblico non è una eventualità assai lontana, se consideriamo che viviamo in piena crisi economica e il ricorso alla cassa integrazione è aumentata di quasi dieci volte rispetto allo stesso periodo dell’anno scorso. Tale concorso di cause potrebbe, a lungo, potrebbero minare l’ordine e la sicurezza pubblica.
