L'alta percentuale con la quale l'attuale premier ha sconfitto il suo rivale (intorno al 46,8% contro il 37,5% alla camera,47,3 contro il 38% al senato; dati del "Ministero affari interni")induce a credere ad un plebiscito. Ma perché?
